This fit was designed for younger children.
Tested on a 7 year old with normal size head and fits perfect.

Medium (S/M) - 57CM or 22.4 inches in diameter.
This fit was designed for all ages with a normal size head.
Tested on a 12 year old with normal size head and fits perfect.

Large (L/XL) - 58CM or 22.84 inches in diameter.
This fit was designed for adults with larger heads.
Although there is only a half inch difference in this size and the one smaller, this is considerably larger.
Tested on 39 year old male with normal/large head.
